Local Planning Efforts

The Great Communities Collaborative’s main efforts are aimed at neighborhoods doing planning around transit station areas. We want to ensure that these communities have the tools to relieve the housing crisis, improve our neighborhoods, and make the best use of the public investment in transit. At this local level, we promote public participation in the planning process and offer focused, strategic assistance and tools to local groups and leaders.
