PolicyLink has a new addition to its Equitable Development Toolkit on Transit Oriented Development. This tool focuses on how to implement TOD in a way that achieves equity goals.

Updated table of contents, map, and local business handout.
New appendix item that gives an overview on the Urbemis Traffic Modeling system
